Management
Dr Rowen Fernando
Rowen is a vastly experienced medical doctor who has worked in a variety of clinical and management settings for over 15 years. He has worked in the UK and internationally and has been a lead in care quality delivery whilst being a representative on local Clinical Commissioning Groups.
He believes that people should be treated as family and that includes those that work with us. On a personal note, Rowen enjoys watching football and riding bicycles with his young family.
Shilpa Fernando
Shilpa is a solicitor who has a passion for delivering care in the community. She has excellent leadership skills and has a background in social care and child protection. Shilpa has devoted much of her time to legal aid and pro-bono work. She co-founded First Rate Home Healthcare Ltd with the ethos that “Exceptional care for you” will run throughout the service. Shilpa enjoys ice skating, hiking in the Lake District and painting the lovely English countryside.
